Shipping and Returns
- ◦ To lodge a return for a store credit please use our returns portal by clicking here
- ◦ We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit.We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
- ◦ You have 30 days from the date you placed your order, to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense.
- ◦ Due to high demand we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive a store credit valid for 12 months which can be used storewide, online only.
- ◦ Return packages must be shipped using a traceable method (tracking number). La Ciganna is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.
- ◦ Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning.
- ◦ All items in the 'SALE' tab are final. Storewide discounts or sales running for a limited amount of time with a discount greater than 10% are valid for a store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase. La Ciganna does not accept exchanges of size, style or refunds.
- ◦ La Ciganna offers shipping protection at checkout through route for a small fee (percentage of your total spend, calculated at checkout). This will cover all parcel loss, damage, and theft. By deselecting the shipping protection, La Ciganna is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

All Australian orders are shipped with Express Australia post service which takes 1-2 business days from dispatch.

La Ciganna processes all orders in AUD. While the content of your cart is displayed in your country's currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.
Some countries will charge customs & import duties. Unfortunately we are unable to provide an estimate or offer information. We suggest contacting your local customs office so you are aware of the exact charges that could potentially be incurred.
